Finance Business Partner

One of the UK's leading transport operating groups is hiring a highly driven and analytical candidate to help support business leaders in creating a more efficient working environment for their ever-growing finance team.

Your new role
This is an exciting role for an experienced business partner to implement their financial and commercial expertise and will cover a wide range of responsibilities including but not limited to the following:

• Exerting influence at all levels of the business through the provision of data and analysis
• Build and develop strong working relationships across the business
• Completion of high-quality forecasts, budgets & corporate plans to required deadlines
• Present complex financial insight to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Leading a close-knit team whilst creating positive results
• Excellent quantitative, analytical and financial modelling skills

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a qualified accountant with an Experience of rail or similar transport industry. With a strong working knowledge of financial systems / data warehouses (Oracle and TM1)
Whilst being able to present evidence of commercial acumen, whilst able to demonstrate a broad based view of issues, events and activities and a perception of their longer term impact or wider implications on stakeholders across the business.
