Billings Specialist - 9 month contract - Southampton

We are delighted to be working exclusively with our International, highly respected, Logistics client, who seek to appoint a Billings Specialist for a 9 month contract. This is a unique opportunity to join a very friendly, highly experienced Billings team, whilst they embark on a systems implementation, and therefore need some additional support across the next 9 months.

Ideally you will have previously (and maybe recently) worked in a similar billings or invoicing role, and be a quick learner and offer a great attention to detail. Working in the billings team of 5, your role will be most definitely varied and will include:

- Being responsible for the UK billings and for all the UK billings activities

- Sending daily the relevant billings or invoices for the UK team, and focus on producing these in a timely manner to the set agreed deadlines

- Liaising over email and the phone for all billings queries and ensure all queries are resolved in a timely manner

- Provide superb communications for both internal and external stakeholders at all times

- Be responsible for all billings queries for the UK invoices

- Be compliant at all times with the various regulations that govern the UK billings

The successful Billings Specialist will offer:

- The ability to work on a high volume role (and team)

- Be assertive, offer great communication skills and work effectively with all levels of personnel

- The ability to pick up new systems quickly and offer intermediate Excel skills

- Ideally be able to start a role at short notice and be happy to commit to a 9 month role
