Your new role
Reporting directly to the Director of Finance & Operations this is an exciting role for a commercially astute Finance Business Partner to join a fast paced and evolving organisation. The purpose of the role is to bridge the gap between commercial and coaching programme teams and support functions of operations, marketing, finance and technology. You will provide vital commercial analysis and reporting to present on business performance, and areas of opportunity and continuous improvement.


What you'll need to succeed

You will be a qualified accountant or in the final stages of study with finance business partnering experience, excellent commercial awareness and the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders. Excellent excel skills are essential for this position along with strong financial analysis experience.
