Our high growth, PE backed client require an Interim M&A Modeller to support them on their new investment strategy. They require additional support within their team, with this role supporting the business for 6 months initially on a flexible working basis of home & office.
You would be reporting into the CFO with the following key responsibilities:
- Pull together data rooms
- Pulling data from different data sources
- Helping with legal due diligence
It would be beneficial if you have the following:
- Fund raising experience
- Business to business experience – capex exposure
- Happy to roll up your sleeves up and get stuck into a multiple systems due to multiple acquisitions
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc.)
- Highly commercial, with a meticulous attention to detail regarding spreadsheets, data and financial model building
