My client is a North Kent Academy School looking for some interim support over their year end and beyond.
The Year End Accountant will be responsible for the following duties
• Production of Statutory accounts
• Liaising with Senior Management to discuss budgets and variances.
• Preparing VAT return
• Performing Bank Reconciliations
• Various ad hoc analysis and reporting as required
Applications are sought from candidates with year end/ statutory accounting experience, with demonstrable previous involvement in managing a busy year end process. Its expected the assignment will run for between 3 – 4 months. There is also the potential opportunity for this role to develop into a permanent addition to the team.
