Our client, a PE backed software business, are looking for an Interim consultant to assist with technical accounting. The business is in a period of growth after a new acquisition and therefore requires extra support over the next 6 weeks.
The role will report into the Group Financial Controller, you will be required to build a consolidation model for this newly acquired business, along with ensuring the accounts are updated to IFRS standards from US GAAP.
The role will be working from home and will fall outside IR35, paying between £600 - £700 per day.
You will need to be a qualified accountant with experience in IFRS and consolidation.
