An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced finance professional to join their team. This role will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of budgeting, financial reporting and calculation of rent and service charge income and expenditure.

You will assist with the end to end process of managing the service charge expenditure on a monthly basis. This will be a varied role in which you will support the delivery of the rent and service charge income and expenditure budgets, ensuring that transactions are updated and monitored efficiently. Working with the wider team, you will assist with monthly/annual reviews to ensure that a high quality service is consistently being delivered.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a finance and service charge environment and as such will have a good knowledge of service charge legislation and the ability to explain complex financial matters to non-specialists. You will have completed (or be studying towards AAT Level 4) and will have experience of developing and continuously improving financial systems.
