Handle Recruitment are looking for a bright and motivated Accounts Assistant to join the finance team of an radio production organisation. This is a 12 month fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave and the ideal candidates will join a welcoming, close knit team. Working fully remotely, this is a fabulous opportunity to join a independent radio station.
The Role:
- Working closely with accounts payable to resolve queries
- Raising PO's and following up for approval
- Monitoring finance inbox and escalating any queries
- Posting transactions onto finance system
- Weekly processing and reconciliation of Petty cash
The Candidate:
- AAT studier
- Strong excel skills and knowledge of accounting software
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Passion for the entertainment industry/the arts/ Radio broadcast
