Your responsibilities:
- Treasury management:
o Monthly bank reconciliations
o Maintain and post JDE bank transactions
- General Ledger journal posting
- Reconcile and maintain car lease register
- Cash and credit card expense reporting and reconciliations
- Assist with the monthly logistics operating statement:
o Reconcile statement to General Ledger
o Manual Sales invoicing
- Statutory report preparation: VAT, intrastat, and National Statistics
- Assist commercial accountant with routine and ad-hoc tasks.
- Assist AP controller with invoice processing
- Assist in the Annual Finance Audit
- Provide cover for the Financial Controller
- Other tasks as and when required
This is a Maternity cover role for a period of 9 to 12 months
