A brilliant opportunity to join a Fintech business that has endured substantial growth in recent years.
The organisation is currently going through a finance transformation. Therefore ,you will be tasked with a series of projects and deliverables that will allow the organisation to automate and significantly improve it’s financial reporting.
You will report into the Head of Finance Transformation and work on process change and improvements to the financial controls.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Group finance teams worldwide to document accounting processes and controls
- Work to move relevant processes successfully to a new Shared Service Centre
- Pro-actively seek and implement opportunities for automation through technology to improve efficiency
- Manage resource and time commitments for all transformation activities
- Agree prioritisations of the plan, time and resources across accounting workstreams
- Work closely with the shared service centre to ensure resource requirements for new processes are defined
Skills and Experience
You will be a qualified accountant, with over 5 years PQE and a background in financial reporting and controls.
The role requires you to demonstrate your experience in documenting and improving accounting processes and controls, ideally this will be across different geographic locations
International accounting experience is highly desirable as well as NetSuite.
