Head of Commercial Finance, Retail, 6 month FTC £75-85k, London
Reporting into the Finance Director and managing a team of two Finance Business Partners you will be responsible for partnering Retail and Property Directors, supporting on delivery of key projects , underpinning strategic initiatives, cost management and performance insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as a key business partner with senior Operations, Retail and Property management to develop business cases - project financial's and written business proposals that assess specific site investment opportunities
- Analyse performance against the Long Range Plan, Budget, Forecasts and prior year evaluating risks and opportunities and recommending appropriate actions
- Deliver commercial analysis to support tactical & strategic decision making
- Review and assess competitor investment programmes and deliver insights
Prior Experience:
- Fully qualified Accountant
- Prior management experience
- Experience in a commercial finance roles ideally within a multi-site business.
