My client are a fast-paced and dynamic technology business, who are continuing to grow both organically and through acquisition, and have a strong outlook over the next 12 months.

Description

As Management Accountant, your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Produce accurate monthly management accounts and provide relevant commentary and analysis
• Work closely with other members of the management accounting team, including mentoring and coaching more junior members
• Assess, analyse and challenge business performance
• Understand and analyse detailed elements and drivers of cost
• Work closely with the wider business to support on their understanding of costs
• Support the commercial finance team with costing models to sense check 'actuals'
• Working closely with commercial finance regarding monthly variance analysis and ensure this is fed into forecasting model
• Ad hoc support to wider finance team and business

Profile

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to liaise with key stakeholders at all levels
• Commercial awareness
• Excellent IT skills
• Analytical skills and comfortable handing large volumes of data
• Attention to detail
