Due to expansion in UK and internationally including USA, EMEA, they are seeking a dynamic Finance Director (future CFO with stock options). Diversity is encouraged.
Reporting to the CEO and board, the position is a key contributor to the company's growth plans and scaling the business.
THE POSITION
This is an all round finance director position covering central financial control, international/USA and other operations, business partnering and a strong commercial / strategic finance input.
Responsibilities include:
- business partnering, strategic and commercial support to the business
- developing the finance team and function
- central and operational financial control, statutory reporting and governance.
- financial control and development of USA, EMEA and international operations
- supporting and leading further fund raising process
- forecasting, budgeting, analysis and cash flow management.
- full management accounting and reporting
- ad hoc projects
