Credit Controller

Marks Sattin is recruiting for a Credit Controller on a Permanent basis to join a growing business based in Central Reading. The role of the Credit Controller, also offers flexible working for 1-2 das per week, and sits in a team of 8.

The ideal candidate for the Credit Control position, will have experience of working with large volumes of live accounts, and be competent in using Pivot Tables and V Lookups.

The Credit Controller will be responsible for:

• End to End accountability for a designated number of accounts.
• Work with Finance Business Partners and other teams to resolve all queries relating to client debt.
• Working to targets and KPIs based on your ledger ensuring unallocated cash is kept to a minimum, bad debts are escalated & managed appropriately including recommending legal action when required.
• Build relationships with clients to understand their usual payment practices and be able to recognise deviations from expected payment patterns.

The skills required to be considered for the Credit Controller position are:

• Attenton to detail.
• Knowledge of using ERP Systems.
• Good organization & communication skills and ability to work through adversity.
• Good Excel knowledge of Pivot Tables, V Lookups & Spreadsheet data annotation.
