Marks Sattin Executive Search is working with a Healthcare and Social Care business who is looking for a highly skilled CFO to partner with the CEO in driving the continued success and growth of the business.

Partnering with the CEO and other members of the senior management team, the CFO will take full responsibility for setting up the finance function. This means implementing systems, processes and controls. You'll be required to take a fully hands on approach to the role, acting as a true business partner and offering sustained commercial, financial and operational input at board level.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA and ACMA) preferably chartered.
  • Experience being a CFO with a strong record in organic growth and business improvement including systems implementations/upgrades and specifically acquiring businesses and integrating preferably.
  • You will also need be a capable communicator, and be able to present to investors and shareholders.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and considerable technical and commercial awareness.
  • A proactive, energetic, pragmatic, hardworking individual with strong people and relationship skills.
  • A high level of motivation, a "can do" attitude and a willingness to be involved at all levels.
