This organisation have a great reputation locally and are working exclusively with Hays to recruit an accountant/ finance manager on a temporary basis for a minimum of 6 months but with a strong chance of it extending.

Your new role

The job is a varied one; it involves overseeing and mentoring a small number of staff as well as; overseeing the sales ledger and purchase ledger, accruals and prepayments, journals, assisting with producing management accounts, budgeting and forecasting and coordinating monthly payment runs.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have previous experience of working in a similar role and in a position to start an assignment on a long term temporary basis.

What you'll get in return

The job is a long term temporary contract and will last a minimum of 6 months and could be extended. It also has hybrid working, so will be based in the office of 3 days a week and 2 days at home.
