Interim Commercial Finance Lead

An exciting leading, global hospitality business is recruiting a Commercial Finance Manager on a 6-month contract.

This will be a highly visible role with significant stakeholder engagement and exposure. This role will require you to work closely with the Commercial Director and other members of the leadership team. This will be a broad role requiring a hands-on individual, comfortable with day-to-day finance activities, monthly reporting and commercial business partnering.

You will be responsible for data and analytics, in addition to playing a key role in the strategy and planning of the business. You will be responsible for the 3 year planning process, heavily influencing initiatives for business growth. You will be the lead commercial business partner for Ireland, in addition to business partnering with the advertising and retail teams.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with the ability to communicate confidently and commercially at the highest level with proven management experience. Naturally, you will drive best practice and improve processes. You will need to have strong attention to detail, be a team player and have great stakeholder engagement. Previous experience in retail is advantageous.
