YOU will need excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to persuade and influence, as well as a high attention to detail.
Reporting into the UK MD and managing a small team, YOU will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of the finance department. YOUR duties will cover the full spectrum of finance operations, including budgeting and forecasting, preparation of management accounts, cash flow management and auditing. YOU will also be someone who can work closely with the sales/operational teams.
The BUSINESS is young and PROGRESSIVE. Turnover is currently £21million this year, and £30 million is planned for 2022. Plans to grow to £50 million over the next few years
