Your new company
Our client currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Finance Business Partner, who is able to work with key stakeholders to provide support whilst challenging decisions and financial performance. You will be joining a dynamic, international group, where you will be working within a professional team, in modern, spacious open plan offices, based in Poole. Your new role
You will play a key role in the Finance Business Partnering function providing detailed financial analysis and insight to senior stakeholders to improve business decision-making and ultimately to help achieve strategic objectives and annual budget for the division. You will be responsible for reviewing balance sheets, challenging unusual P&L activity, providing variance analysis and preparing forecast and budgets. As well as ad hoc financial modelling and reporting to support business cases and investments appraisals for various business initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be a qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) or an active studier at the final stages of qualifying with previous Finance Business Partnering / Management Accounting experience. You will have excellent data manipulation and analysis skills and advanced Excel. You will be able to develop strong working relationships with senior management across the organisation, whilst providing ongoing support to all budget holders. Able to juggle multiple tasks and manage various priorities to meet deadlines.
