Interim Finance Business Partner

Resourcery Group are working with a multinational company who are looking to bring on board an Interim Finance Business Partner for a period of 6 months with a view to potentially becoming permanent. Supporting the site leadership team you will be responsible for management accounts production, costings, site performance through MI, budgeting and forecasting, KPI's and internal reporting. This role requires someone to be on site 3 days per week with the flex to work from home 2 days per week. 

The role: 

• Management accounts production for 2 entities
• Producing and communicating weekly performance reports to the Operations teams
• Understanding the cost base and owning the commercial cost base
• Site KPI reporting 
• Budgeting & forecasting
• Prepare operational and commercial weekly performance reporting
• Monthly management accounts and customer profitability analysis 
• Product costing
• Provide audit ready month end P&L and balance sheets to the leadership team
• Payment runs
• Master data control
• Be the guardian of site costings and margins ensuring that all products achieve their minimum target margins

The applicant:

• Qualified Accountant - CIMA/ACCA/ACA or possibly Qualified by Experience (QBE)
• Have experience of operational reporting and acted in a Finance Business Partner capacity
• Prior experience of manufacturing would be ideal
• Have customer/profitability analysis experience
• Be able to work in collaboration with finance and non-finance colleagues 
• Be able to present meaningful data for the operations team to be able to make commercial decisions from
