FINANCE DIRECTOR
EAST MIDLANDS
FULL-TIME £70,000 - £90,000
RattrayParkin has been exclusively retained by an East Midlands based group to appoint their first Finance Director as they plan for expansion. Our client is a highly entrepreneurial business that has divisions including technology, logistics and manufacturing and has significant opportunity to realise growth within their chosen markets.
The role will focus on 2 key areas - firstly to create a value-add and fit-for-purpose finance function and secondly to provide strategic, operational and commercial support to the MD and senior management team as the business goes through significant cultural change.
In order to be considered you must have a proven track record of working within highly entrepreneurial and highly dynamic business environments at FD level. You must possess strong communication and leadership skills and have the ability to influence colleagues at all levels and external partners.
