Finance Manager | £50,000 - £55,000 | Preston | Private Equity | M&A | High Growth | ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified
Axon Moore has partnered with a growing business in Preston to help expand their team. One of the roles that has been created is a Finance Manager position for a candidate wishing to step into the private equity environment for the first time in a very dynamic position.
Team: The newly created Finance Manager position will work amongst a medium sized team under the guidance and close mentorship of two qualified and high calibre finance leaders. The team are very agile and dynamic allowing flexibility for this new person to gain a lot of exposure to different parts of the team. The person will learn and develop quickly whilst immersed in a strong and supportive team.
Progression: This team has a long standing relationship with Axon Moore and has always had succession planning at the heart of their recruitment strategy. The brief goes beyond core competencies as they are looking for someone with the character and drive worthy of promotion.
Role: The Finance Manager position will have a broad mix of financial and management accounting responsibilities, but it will also look differently month-to-month depending on shifting priorities to support and influence key projects across the business. For example, there ongoing projects such as M&A, system implementation, group standardisation projects, finding synergies across the group.
