Our client, a rapidly expanding consumer goods business, seeks an experienced qualified Year-End Accountant to help them during a busy period. This is a 3-6 month interim assignment that has been deemed to be inside IR35.
Supporting the Financial Controller, the Year-End Accountant will help with the production of year end accounts including reporting under IFRS 16, IFRS 16 and IFRS 9. As an experienced accountant, you will help with the consolidation of international results at Group level and present the information for the Financial Controller's approval.
Due to the complexity of the business, strong Excel skills are key as is the ability to deal with large volumes of data.
Good communication skills are key, as is a flexible and team-focused approach.
