Audit Partner / Director

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Audit Director or Senior Manager to join a leading professional services practice as a Partner or Director and become a key part of the firms continued growth and success.

In recent years the Audit practice of this highly regarded International firm has experienced considerable growth, both in fee income and profitability, which has included winning a number of high profile new clients.

Due to this growth, and also for succession issues, the firm is looking to attract ambitious Audit professionals who currently operate within the larger Mid Market space to join directly as a Partner or initially as a Director with a clear path to Partnership.

Working with a highly collegiate Partner team you will be responsible for managing and growing a varied client portfolio with options to work across the Southern region offices.

In addition to proven technical skills, including some exposure to AIM listed or smaller fully quoted businesses, you should be a strong team player and staff manager with excellent communication skills.

Business development skills and a personal network will also be welcomed.

The role may suit a Big 4 Director, who enjoys operating within the Mid Market space, who is uncertain of Partnership prospects in their current firm and is also attracted by an improved work-life balance.
