We have partnered with a large, listed Business Services group on a Senior BP/Head of BP position. This is a business that has undergone significant transformation and change over the last 5 years and as such are in need of an added head in Finance.
The ideal candidate will be a Business Partner with evidenced success of leading sizeable teams, working in a listed environment and ideally has long-term contract experience (given the nature of the Business Services space).
This is an incredibly fast-moving role, but our client can wait up to 3 months for the right candidate to come on board.
You will most likely be an ACA/CIMA Qualified accountant, with significant PQE in a 'heavy-sector' and experience of contracts. You will be managing a team of 4 Qualified individuals, so prior team management experience is required.
