About the role

You will be responsible for the management and reporting of all elements of statutory accounts and tax returns for the UK operations as well as ensuring internal controls are monitored and reported accurately.

Principle responsibilities include:

  • Completion of Statutory accounts for UK operations.
  • Completion and management of all tax returns and taxation issues, including liaison with HQ personnel, external consultants and HMRC.
  • Responsible for all aspects of Management reporting for Holding Companies and dormant/liquidated and trading entities as required.
  • Ongoing review of processes, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Management of annual audit requirements including liaison with auditors.
  • Support of the wider finance function when required.

Candidate Profile

Qualified ACA/CIMA or ACCA (Industry background OR First-time mover from practice) you will have proven analytical and reporting skills through advanced knowledge of Microsoft excel in addition to possessing excellent organisational and time management skills as well as attention to detail.
