Our client a successful profitable business and long standing client of ours based in Leicestershire are looking to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper / Assistant Accountant to their small friendly team.
The role:
⦁ Posting and allocating Sales Receipts on the Sage Accounts system.
⦁ Supplier Invoice Processing.
⦁ Online Banking payment runs and allocation.
⦁ Posting and reconciling Credit Card statements and Petty Cash.
⦁ Weekly Bank Reconciliations.
⦁ Quarterly VAT Returns and online submissions.
⦁ Year End processing and communication with Accountants
⦁ All administration associated within a busy Accounts Department.
The Candidate:
⦁ High Attention to detail and accuracy are required for this role.
⦁ Previous experience in a similar role
⦁ Experience of Sage Accounts
⦁ Immediate start for the right candidate.
The Package:
⦁ Hours: 30-35 per week
⦁ Full-time or Part-time, Permanent
⦁ Salary: £21,000-£25,000 per year FTE:
⦁ Flexi Hours
⦁ Office Based
⦁ 20 days holiday + stat
