Financial Controller

To support continued growth within a successful SME based South of Oxford. An experienced Accountant is sought to be a key member of the finance team and take responsibility for the finance function, reporting to Group.

As they continue to invest and support continued business growth, you will have the opportunity to develop and build your experience.

As a hands-on person with responsibility for a small team, duties will include

• Management accounting
• Statutory compliance
• Budgets, cash flow forecasting
• P& L reports, weekly KPI reports, analysing budgets and expectations with each budget holder
• Reviewing stock controls and analysing procurement contracts.
• Financial systems and processes
• Managing the accounting for leases and tenancies.
• Tax reports, VAT returns, PAYE and Corporation Tax Filings.
