Interim Financial Controller

If you're an experienced CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified finance accountant available to start this month I've got a new role available that I'd love to talk you through.

The role is suitable for a professional interim or someone in between roles who is open to an interim role.

The plan is to recruit someone permanently, so that is also up for discussion if you had such aspirations.

Role: Interim Financial Controller

Duration: 3-6 months

Rate: c300-400 a day (inside ir35, via Umbrella).

Location: Yorkshire.

You'll bring your high energy, tempo and personality to keep things ticking over during this transition period. This is an interim role needing you to be tough, resilient and a seasoned finance professional who can handle pretty much anything being thrown your way.

The role has the support of a small team and has all the breadth and depth you'd expect - so management accounts, financial accounts, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting. You won't be afraid or shy of getting into detail and being hands-on which, as a professional interim, you'll be accustomed to.

The team are beginning to transition into the office soon so would be good for you to be visible on-site during the contract, at least a couple of days a week if not more. As such you need to be locally based, be that living in Yorkshire.

The company are in the Construction related space so any experience in this sector or related sectors would be a big plus (incl exp to WIP, contract, billing and subcontractor accounting)
