Assistant Accountant - Part Qualified

Experienced Part Qualified Assistant Accountant required for a successful, multi million-pound, owner managed business with its Head Office in East Yorkshire. 

Reporting to the Management Accountant duties will include:

• Preparing management accounts for 3 divisions.
• Payment of corporation taxes across Europe & USA.
• Liaising with overseas colleagues and third-party advisors/authorities.
• Contribute to Pricing Proposals for key commercial opportunities
• Preparation of accurate reports and KPIs for each responsible business
• Checking and reviewing transactional information & tax submissions
• Preparation of annual financial plans
• Maintain proper and accurate accounting records to meet statutory requirements.
• Other ad hoc duties as requested by Management Accountant or Financial Controller

This search is not limited to any industry. Previous experience within an international business is preferred:

• Candidates will be educated to degree/ AAT level - part qualified. 
• Excellent communication skills are required in order to build and maintain internal and external relationships. 
• Able to meet the demands of a fast-moving business which expects a high level of service.
