As Finance Reporting Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing end-to-end finance operations, co-ordination and production of the consolidated accounts for the group (including a European operation), financial planning and analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, looking to make improvements to procedures and controls, as well as ad-hoc projects and requests as and when they come up.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensuring the business meets all its statutory and compliance obligations
* Preparation of timely and accurate statutory accounts production
* Management of the audit process
* Implementation of financial policies and standard operating procedures
* In liaison with the relevant department managers, provide input to other Company policies
* Ensuring FRS 102 compliance
* Liaise with key external parties including auditors, banks, tax advisors and lawyers
* Tax management including VAT and corporation tax returns, and PSA
* Hold comprehensive responsibility for driving a robust financial control environment
* Engineering of a financial modelling suite
* Short and long term cashflow forecasting
* Management of month-end timetable
* Preparation of multi-currency consolidations
* Oversight of Balance Sheet reconciliations
* Financial analysis of significant transactions
* Contribution to leadership team meetings
* Assist in continuous performance improvement of system implementation and automation
* Delivered significant efficiency improvements
* You may on occasion be required to carry out duties of a different nature either in addition to, or instead of, your normal duties.

What you'll need to succeed

* CIMA or ACCA or ACIEW Qualified
* Demonstrable experience in a finance role;
* Advanced excel skills and data modelling;
* Understanding of data privacy standards;
* Solid communication skills, both written and verbal;
* Public speaking skills;
* Deep understanding of business principles and practices;
* Superior attention to detail;
