Group Accountant / South Manchester / PE Backed / £40k-£50k
I am delighted to be engaged with an exciting business as they continue on their journey of international growth. The Group Accountant role will gain valuable exposure to the full finance remit in a PE setting, taking controls over group accounting and gaining experience with M&A.
Due to these exciting plans, the role has excellent career prospects as the team will continue to develop with succession planning in mind for the senior finance team.
This role would ideally suit individuals with an ACA/ ACCA or CIMA Qualification and a background working for organisations with international exposure.

Key responsibility
- Provide support and advice to accounting staff across the group.
- Business Partner alongside international colleagues to support financial performance, whilst ensuring rigorous controls.
- Budgeting and forecasting across allocating divisions, working closing with the Group Financial Controller to provide details analysis of business performance.
- Profit and loss assessment for divisions.
- Assistant the Group FC with the following: P&L, Cash flow, variance analysis and budget review.
Person Specification
- ACA/ ACCA or CIMA Qualified.
- Proven experience working in a Management Accountant role with international exposure desired.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the capability to assess and review Management Accountants.
- Strong interpersonal skillset with the capability of managing international stakeholders with various backgrounds.
