Billing Manager

Your new company
Hays are working in partnership with a leading international law firm to recruit a Billing Manager. This company has been rapidly expanding through acquisition and is looking now to bring in a highly experienced professional to lead the end to end billing function.

Your new role
The main function of the role is to provide oversight of all billing and ebilling activity across the UK entity. You will manage a large team and ensure that all billing elements are administered correctly while continuously looking at ways to improve processes and efficiency.

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday but does offer a hybrid working pattern.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have similar previous experience in a Billing Manager capacity and have exposure and understanding of the legal industry. You will have exceptional staff management skills and be able to review, identify and improve processes. You will have strong IT skills and be highly organised in your approach.
