  • Monitor financial performance across the business, producing and managing KPI’s for all departments
  • Lead annual business planning and budgeting cycle with strong commercial vision
  • Review current practices, implementing an on-going change programme, which develops and improves financial systems and processes
  • Oversee and deliver an outstanding level of statutory and regulatory financial reporting
  • Uphold and enhance the reputation of the business at every opportunity

We are looking for a first class, high integrity finance professional - a commercially focused, qualified accountant - used to operating at Board level and with significant experience in leading and developing a finance function in an automotive or associated setting. Candidates from the motor trade, car, truck, van, commercial vehicle arena or related sectors would be of specific interest. This is a key appointment being made at an exciting time for this ambitious business. Along with an exceptional remuneration package, it is anticipated the successful candidate will have plenty of career development opportunity in this forward-thinking Group.
