Systems Analyst - Real Estate. OUR CLIENT is a pan-European commercial and residential real estate firm who are rapidly growing in the UK. They currently have an AUM of c£2million and still growing. They are looking to hire a Systems Analyst who will over their property management software.

THE ROLE:

• Reviewing and making the database more bespoke by creating custom tables, making data entry more automated, being able to merge it with Excel.
• Supporting the property system and ensuring issues are resolved quickly, efficiently.
• Researching and presenting new functionalities or applications.
• Assisting on data entry/ gathering required information.
• Working on various systems projects and rollouts.

THE PERSON must be a super property systems user and proficient in Excel, SQL; and knowledge of PowerBi would be helpful. The incumbent will be a highly skilled, hands-on, pro-active individual to be able to support the UK systems function. Experience of working with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment is essential as part of this busy role. It will be very helpful if someone has an understanding of property accounting too. This is a very good role to join a company who are set to be one of the largest in Europe.
