Global high end precision manufacturing business based in Huddersfield currently requires a Commercial Finance Analyst to join their expanding finance function. Working in a hybrid analytical and commercial role, you will be joining a business that is full of ambitious, friendly, and forward-thinking people that will support you on your growth throughout your career.
Reporting to the Financial Controller and other senior stakeholders you will be responsible for:
*Offering insight and constructive advice across all divisions within the business.
*Reporting findings to both junior and senior stakeholders.
*Full accountability of cost centre reporting.
*Providing commentary into costs, forecasts, and budget allocations.
*Supporting the year end audit.
*Regular reviews of the efficiency on current financial processes.
*Reconciliation of balance sheets.
*Identifying both risk and opportunities available within all aspects of the finance function.
*Communicating across finance and none finance areas liaising with senior stake holders within operations, sales, and marketing.

Ideally you will be a qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA or studying towards the later stages with the ambition to complete your qualification. Previous experience within an accounts production/finance analyst positions and being able to demonstrate strong career achievements to date would also be essential.
