Finance Director

Eton Bridge Partners are working with a PE backed B2C business to appoint a Finance Director.

Headquartered in the UK and reporting into the CFO, and regional leadership, this is an excellent opportunity to join a highly acquisitive business and play a pivotal role in providing strategic and commercial insights to support the business as it continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Regional MD with obtaining financial/business performance information from potential target companies
• Manage any M&A transactions to completion working closely with central finance team
• Lead efforts to integrate newly acquired companies into the group structure
• Work closely with local finance teams to ensure that management reporting and accounting is produced correctly

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Accountant, or equivalent and bilingual in German and English
• Experienced Finance Director/Senior Finance Manager, ideally with experience of supporting small and medium-large businesses
• M&A and integration experience is essential
• An engaging influencer, optimistic, resilient and patient with strong emotional intelligence

Base salary: 110 - 140,000 euros
