This regional award-winning Accountancy Firm that offers their clients a full service; including accounts and audit, tax and employment, business transactions, wealth management and international advice are currently seeking an Audit Manager to join their Manchester office. This firm of Chartered Accountants has built its reputation on honesty, passion and ambition for both the client and their teams and due to their strong reputation and new business wins they have a newly created opportunity for an ACA / ACCA qualified audit manager to support the firm's growth.

Your new role
As Audit Manager within this Firm you will be building long-term relationships with your clients and be working closely with this Firm's Audit Directors to identify new client opportunities. Your day to day activities will include managing audit assignments, add value for your clients by enabling them to achieve their goals along with coaching and developing your team.

Your client portfolio will be varied and include OMBs, international businesses, group structures, solicitors and also UK subsidiaries of foreign owned businesses.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful Audit Manager will have at least 2 years' post-qualification experience within a similar role, with superb leadership skills, be ACCA or ACA qualified and totally committed to delivering an exceptional service to you clients and thrive in building and developing a team.

Strong communication skills are key as there is scope to become a future leader of the firm with prospects of RI status.
