IMMEDIATE START, ACCOUNTANT, PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT, CENTRAL LONDON, C£45K

A boutique property developement client of ours are loking to hire their first in house Accountant. Collaborating with award-winning architects, engineers and contractors, the company creates high-quality, deisgn driven environments. At the moment, their development side is very small but in the next 2-3 months the construction element to the group will kick off in London and that has prompted the need for this position. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business and build up your own finance team!

Key responsibilities:

•            Producing monthly P&L

•            Dealing with invoice queries

•            Processing monthly supplier payments

•            Reconciliation of supplier statements

•            Bank reconciliation

•            Preparing quarterly VAT returns and submitting it to HMRC

•            Calculating and preparing employees payroll

We are looking for:

•            Qualified Accountant/Finalist 

•            Full time – 5 days office during probation / 3 days in office once passed

•            Paying £40-45k

•            1 month notice period max

•            Real team player, collaborative, ready to roll sleeves up and get stuck in
