Marks Sattin is recruiting for a Credit Controller on a Permanent basis, to join a growing business in Newbury. The role of Credit Controller, sits in a large and supportive team, will report directly to the Credit Control Manager, and offers study support.
The Credit Controller role, is excellent for someone looking to get into Accounts, with 6 - 12 Months Finance & Accounting or Credit Control / Collections experience, an Economics or Finance & Accounting Graduate as well as an early stage AAT Studier.
The duties of the Credit Controller include:
- Building rapport with customer & clients (internal & external).
- Journal posting.
- Manage client & customer debt.
- Take ownership for the resolution of queries .
To be considered for the Credit Control position, you must have:
- Strong communication skills.
- A background in Customer Services.
- Be a team player.
- A good problem solver.
- Based in the UK to be able to commute into the office as if it office based.
