Axon Moore are looking for an Senior Interim Finance Consultant with PLC experience to assist our client in preparation for a listing on the LSE next year. The business has experienced incredible growth during the last 18 months and continues to expand as it heads toward the planned exit.
This is a Finance Director level role managing the process and preparation for the IPO. Working closely with the Board, you will be a key figure in the planning and preparation for the flotation; pro-actively leading the production of the financial/ management information necessary for the production of the Prospectus and liaising closely with advisers and stakeholders. You will benefit from the assistance of an interim accountant who will be under direction.
Main responsibilities will include:
• Prepare the company for an IPO
• Be the lead financial member of the team, delivering the financial requirements
• Reviewing and improving processes and controls
• Reviewing and improving KPI’s / reporting
• Working with the management team and board, as well as external contacts
Qualifications & experience required:
• Qualified Accountant (ACCA / ACA)
• Previous experience of an IPO transaction (full or AIM)
• An excellent communicator, able to lead and deliver large scale, complex projects
• Ability to work to deadlines
The role will be outside IR35 and be for an initial period of around 6 months, with the possibility of extending. My client is happy to consider candidates seeking a hybrid role; working both from the office and home.
