Permanent Accountant job, in Telford, £35,000 - £45,000 per annum + Bonus, flexible and hybrid working.

Hays Senior Finance and working with this growing business based in Telford who are recruiting for a Management/ Financial Accountant to start with them on a permanent basis. This company are in a very exciting phase and have plans for some strong growth for the next 1-5 years.

Your new role

The company are looking for an accountant to work with them on a permanent basis. This role will evolve and is progressive so they need someone who us comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

The job of the Accountant is a varied one. Reporting in to group, it involves; VAT returns, month end routines, including accruals and prepayments, journals, cashflow control/ forecasting, producing profit and loss and balance sheet on a monthly basis, variance analysis, liaising with auditors at year end, statutory accounts preparation and budgeting and forecasting,

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will either be qualified, studying towards an accounts qualification or qualified by experience. They will be happy working in a varied accounts role autonomously and have the desire to progress within accounts.
