A niche Central London law firm focused on Immigration and Employment is seeking a Billings Clerk/Credit Controller to work, on an initial 12 months (possibly renewable) contract as part of a small Accounts team. This is a new role and we are looking for candidates able to start as soon as possible. Competitive salary to £30k depending on previous experience.

Ideally the successful candidate for this role will be a team player with:

• Prior experience of working in this role;
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Prior experience of Envision software would be a bonus.

The principal daily duties of the successful candidate will mainly comprise of:

• Checking and processing all invoices and sending them to clients;
• Monitoring payments of the invoices and chasing up the late payments;
• Identifying unbilled matters.
