You will join in a role with a balance of management and financial accounting and it’s a brilliant platform for someone working toward ACCA or CIMA.
Your remit is wide – you’ll be involved in:
- P&L analysis and review
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Review of capital spend (upcoming project appraisal plus retrospective ROI tracking)
- Overhead analysis / cost reporting
- Intercompany recs and VAT
- Continuous improvement projects
The business is growing, onboarding high profile new customers, bringing new and diverse products to market and expanding in the UK & overseas.
You will work for and alongside some awesome colleagues and have lots of daily / weekly interaction with stakeholders across the whole business.
You will be:
- AAT or degree qualified currently progressing through CIMA or ACCA
- Able to demonstrate sound fundamental accounting skills (know your way around a month end)
- Experienced as Assistant Financial Accountant / Assistant Management Accountant (you could currently be working in either industry or practice)
- Confident with Excel
- Looking to learn and develop – this is key. It’s a role for someone looking to progression.
