A fantastic opportunity has arisen working for a multi-site large manufacturing business who have recently taken on millions worth of investment, in order to expand the business. This is a brilliant opportunity for a career minded individual who is looking to join a business that will offer continuous career development.

Due to the significant investment and continued year on year growth there is a superb opportunity to join the dynamic finance team. Reporting directly to the Finance Controller and a key member of the wider team you will gain full exposure to accounts and a wide array of responsibilities as the role grows.

The business is looking to take someone onboard and help develop them as the business continues to expand therefore full study support will be provided.

The main duties and responsibilities:
*Creating weekly flash reports and period end management packs for review with Finance Controller.
*Assisting the budgeting and forecasting processes for the company - involving collation of revenue, tracking of costs and understanding of business changes.
*Involvement with annual audits
*Involvement with ad-hoc duties
*On a weekly basis, check invoicing and cost activity in preparing the weekly flash which is circulated to the management team - including understanding of variances to forecast.
*Balance sheets schedule preparation and reconciliations.
*Reconciling of Invoice Discounting accounts
*Supporting the Transactional side of the department as required

*Excellent interpersonal and both written and oral communication skills along with good attention to detail.
*Ability to work in a dynamic organisation with multiple stakeholders
*Ability to manage your workload and prioritise tasks in order to meet business needs
*Ability to reconcile sometimes complex accounts and have excellent attention to detail
*Being able to work on your own or as part of a busy team.
*Ability to interact with other departments at all levels.
*Excellent verbal reasoning, numerical and analytical skills
