The Company
This FTSE listed group has a number of exciting opportunities for Finance Business Partners to support senior stakeholders across two of their business divisions.

The Role
As a Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for providing insight and decision support to operational and commercial stakeholders. You will challenge departmental forecasts to ensure credibility and identification of opportunities to improve performance, providing insight to drive operational and financial performance.

This position encompasses financial appraisal, budgeting and forecasting, scenario modelling, cost centre management and performance reporting.

In an organisation where finance is highly thought of, you will be empowered to provide decision support and strategic direction to the stakeholders this role partners with.

The Person
You will be a qualified or finalist accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) with strong academics, advanced Excel skills and some basic modelling skills with strong stakeholder skills and the ability to think on your feet and challenge the status quo. Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner role is not essential as long we you can demonstrate the qualities needed to partner non-finance stakeholders and add value.
