Our client, a global manufacturing business, is seeking an Interim R2R Process Lead for 6 months initially, working from home.
Reporting to the Director of Shared Services, you will be responsible for mapping and implementing operational and reporting standardization. This will include appropriate training and writing supporting documentation, to ensure a smooth and effective transition to the new Shared Service Centre. You will be required to be hands on rather than overseeing the transition, partnering and fostering relationships across the finance function and at all levels of the organization.
Candidate profile:
- Proven track record of R2R process optimization and performance
- Exposure to a international organization working within a SSC environment
- Driven, energetic and a natural leader with excellent interpersonal skills.
