Finance Business Partner | £40,000 - £50,000 | 18-month FTC | Hybrid | Harrogate
Axon Moore have been engaged to work on an exciting role as Finance Business Partner in a highly rated service environment. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is a very visible role that will provide excellent exposure to commercial activity across the business.
The position will work closely with the finance and operation teams across all sites to drive performance and profitability.
This role is ideal for individuals with a Finance Business Partner background, growing further into commercial responsibilities and taking ownership over key internal relationships with a track record of making a tangible impact.

- Working in a commercial role, partnering with business units and finance.
- Setting budgets, targets with operational managers
- Re forecasting where necessary
- Supporting the management accounts process
- Assisting with payroll calculations / bonus across the business
- Weekly cost / capacity reporting
- ACA, CIMA, ACCA Qualified
- Finance Business Partner experience with value-add achievements
- Strong Excel capabilities
- Autonomous worker
