A brilliant opportunity to join an innovative growing company as their Finance Manager working in a new role supporting a small team. Based in Pickering, North Yorkshire, the role offers a competitive salary of up to £55,000 p. plus benefits.

This is a wonderful opportunity to work within a fast-paced growing business in a varied and hands-on finance role. The successful Finance Manager will have previous experience managing all aspects of a company's accounts, with a commercial eye and the ability to lead on key projects.

Leading the day-to-day finance requirements reporting to the Managing Director, your responsibilities as Finance Manager will include:

Production of monthly management accountsOverseeing accounts payable and accounts receivableBusiness partnering with the business managers to set budgets and forecastsEnsuring accurate cash flow forecasting and managementResponsibility for overseeing the payroll and group pension schemeLiaising with external tax advisers and accountantsIdentifying and implementing process improvementsAd hoc reporting on costings, margin analysis and investments

To be considered for this Finance Manager position and be successful in post, you will need the following:

CIMA, ACCA or ACA (ICAEW) qualification or equivalent experiencePrevious experience within a busy manufacturing environmentAbility to set own deadlines and work without supervisionGood team player who is keen to be involved with the wider businessStrong systems knowledgeWe are keen to hear from you if you are a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, Head of Finance or Senior Management Accountant who is CIMA / ACCA / ACA / ICAEW qualified and enjoys working in a hands-on role.
