You will become part of their established and experienced team of hungry, autonomous financial modellers who love what they do; shown by their passionate, effective and impactful models. You will be working with an array of impressive clients, in many different industries; including but not limited to: energy, media/telco, manufacturing and property. You will be working in the Scotland office with opportunity to travel into London meeting clients.

This company has worked with a vast array of clients including a leading global online fashion retailer group. Liaising with the internal data analytics team to provide support achieving their commercial goals through an exhaustive list but not limited to model predictions enabling accurate forecast reports.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and develop financial models for planning and investment analysis providing users with information using data visualisation
• Sort and optimise data in a manageable and cost-effective manner using cloud-based infrastructure
• Enabling clients to organise, analyse and commercialise their data and to further optimise their performance
• Run own projects that will be pitched to clients.
• Involved in deals and investment models
• Providing in-house budget and accurate forecast models, including regression analysis and econometric models.

What we are looking for:

• The ideal candidate will have carved out a proven niche within financial modelling, data structuring and analysis.
• Experience in the infrastructure/renewables space or project finance
• Possess advance analytic skills and have good exposure to financial modelling (circa 3-5 years)
• Will have worked within a recognised advisory practice and excellent communication skills
• Proficient Excel skills, understanding complex formula and able to quickly navigate through a complex model.
